I walked by Devallion and his girlfriend while carrying my camera and looking for something to photograph. He said, "Are you going to take my picture?" I said, "Sure." He told me where to find the "water feature" I thought every city ought to have (I feel a little creepy in cities with no river, lake, ocean, reservoir, etc.). In Denver, he said, it's the Platte River. I didn't know.
