So, this photo wasn't taken today, but Faith's birthday is Sunday (she'll be 30), and I really like this photo (which was taken last weekend). Isn't she beautiful? Oh, and that's her Aunt Sue there with her. She's beautiful, too.

Day 173

I made a nice bed by my desk so Henry could rest here while I worked.

Day 172

I'll be photographing the orchard across the road a lot in the next few months. Right now it still appears bare and wintery, but if you look close, closer, even closer in the second photograph, you can see just a hint of the buds that are about to open. I expect blue skies and pink buds any day now.

I've had a few requests for more photos of Henry, so he took a few minutes out of his busy evening to pose for me. Here is a series he likes to call "An Evening with Henry."

We took a drive to Newport today--not exactly an ideal day for a walk at the beach.
